CORONA VIRUS COVID-19
Our Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is currently open within usual business hours.
We take the health & safety of our staff & patients very seriously. During this current COVID-19 pandemic, we will continue to monitor the ever-evolving situation and implement changes in line with current advice from the NSW Department of Health and World Health Organization guidelines.
HEALTH & HYGIENE
As a healthcare provider, excellent hygiene is at the core of our work. While we routinely adhere to strict infection control policies, we are also increasing the cleaning and sanitisation of our office, particularly for high contact areas including reception counters and waiting areas. We are also providing additional hand sanitisers for use by patients. You will notice alcohol-based hand rub at reception, please use this on entering and leaving the office.
PATIENT ONLY POLICY
We understand that some patients require an assistant or carer to accompany them to appointments but whenever possible, to help us comply with the current social distancing rules, please restrict entry to the office to the patient only.
HOW ELSE YOU CAN ASSIST
Please try to attend your appointment at your designated time to help minimise overlapping of appointment times. You will be requested to use the provided hand sanitiser on arrival, please do so and take a seat once notifying staff of your arrival.
Where possible please use EFT for payments to minimise the handling of cash.
While continuing to provide our best service through these difficult times, please remember that our staff are also at the frontline, so please refrain from leaning on, or over the reception counter at all times to help us all maintain a safe spacial distance and workplace.
We thank you for your understanding and assistance as we all navigate this new territory.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our office on 4323 1277
